Police searching for missing Georgina man

UPDATE: Police in York Region have announced that the missing man was located in Toronto around 9:45 a.m. Sunday (May 10).

Police in York are looking for a bit of help to track down a missing 55-year-old man from Georgina.

Nurenn Vance was last seen on Tuesday (May 5) at approximately 11 a.m., when he rode his bicycle away from a residence in the area of Old Homestead Road and Warden Avenue in the Town of Georgina.

“He has not returned home or been heard from since,” reads a media release.

“Investigators are growing increasingly concerned for his well-being and are asking anyone with information to contact police.”

Vance is described as 5’9” in height, with a weight of 150 lbs. and a thin build. He has black curly hair and was last seen wearing blue jeans with a blue and grey hoodie and riding a red and black bicycle.
