Traffic complaint leads to charges for Oshawa man

An Oshawa man has been charged after police responded to a traffic complaint about an aggressive driver on Highway 115.

According to the OPP, officers were called around noon Saturday (April 25).

Robert Anderson, 31, has been charged with operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration – 80 plus, operation while impaired-alcohol and drugs, dangerous operation and fail to remain.

He is scheduled to appear in Peterborough court on July 7.

“The accused had their licence suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days,” the media release reads.
