
A 19-year-old from Pickering is charged after police responded to a single-vehicle collision in Kawartha Lakes.
On April 25, at approximately 1 a.m., an area resident contacted police after reportedly hearing tires screeching followed by a loud bang.
A Kawartha Lakes OPP officer attended the area and found a vehicle in the ditch on Ramsey Road.
As a result of the investigation, 19-year-old Nathan Tuck of Pickering was charged with operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
The accused is scheduled to appear in court on July 16.
