Fire at Algoma Orchards causes roughly $6 million worth of damage

Investigators are searching for information after a fire caused approximately $6 million worth of damage at Algoma Orchards in Clarington Sunday (April 12).

According to the DRPS, officers and firefighters were dispatched shortly after 4 a.m. at the property located on Darlington Clarke Townline.

The cause of the fire has not been determined as of yet. Investigators are looking for information and video footage that would assist in the investigation.
