A 43-year-old man faces charges after police were contacted by a concerned citizen regarding two individuals acting “disorderly” in a vehicle parked in Lindsay.

Police were contacted by a member of the public just after 4 p.m. Friday (March 6) for reports of the behaviour in a car parked on Colborne Street West.

Officers located and stopped the vehicle as it began to travel through a parking lot.
