A traffic complaint has led to an impaired driving charge for a Fenelon Township man.
According to police, officers received a traffic complaint related to a vehicle being operated by a driver that was potentially impaired on Friday (Feb. 7).
“An OPP officer located the vehicle on Highway 35, near Peniel Road and the ensuing investigation led to the arrest of the driver. The vehicle was towed from the scene,” reads a media release.
Robert Ingram, 44, has been charged with operation impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
He is slated to appear in Lindsay court on March 12.
