The application, which has been deemed as complete, has been submitted by The Biglieri Group Ltd. on behalf of First Beaverton Inc. and Second Beaverton Inc. (File: 9-2019-PL/SB/RA). A concurrent plan of subdivision application has been submitted to the Regional Municipality of Durham (S-B-2019-01).

PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT
THE AMENDMENT, upon approval, serves to rezone the subject land from the Development (D) Zone category to a Residential Type No. 1 Exception (R1 – Exception) and Residential Type No. 3 Exception (R3 – Exception) and Open Space Exception (OS-X). Further, the person or public body may NOT be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
