A Woodville man has been charged with impaired driving following a single-vehicle collision.

According to the OPP, officers responded to the crash on Kawartha Lakes Road 8, west of Glenarm, around 5:45 p.m. Friday (Jan. 31).

The driver was arrested following an investigation.

James Stapley, 32, has been charged with operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
He is slated to appear in Lindsay court on March 5.
