A Scarborough man has been charged with impaired driving after police received a complaint from the public.
According to the OPP, an employee of an Omemee area business reported a possible impaired driver around 5:45 p.m. Wednesday (Jan. 15).
Police say the subject vehicle was located a short time later on Lindsay Street South in Lindsay and the driver was arrested following an investigation.
Robert Ballam, 54, has been charged with operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration 80 plus.
He is scheduled to appear in Lindsay court on Feb. 27.
