There was no shortage of community support for the annual food and toy drive by the DRPS.

According to a social media post, this season’s donation drive was able to assist approximately 20,000 people over the holiday season.

In addition to a mountain of toys and other gifts, volunteers also collected close to 75,000 pounds of food.

“It was one of our best years,” the post reads.

“Thanks to everyone who donated.”
