Police are looking to track down a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of statutory release.

Chibuike Nwagwu is described as a black male, 34 years of age, 5’11” (180cm), 200 lbs (91kg) with short black hair and brown eyes.

He is currently serving more than eight-years for assault peace officer, assault causing bodily harm, assault and procuring — exercise control as well as several firearm related offences.

“The offender is known to frequent the Brampton, Caledon, Durham and Toronto areas,” reads a media release from police.
