Police in Kawartha Lakes are investigating a break-in at a business on Mount Hope Street in Lindsay.

According to police, the break-in occured sometime between Friday (Nov. 8) at 3 p.m. and Monday (Nov. 11) at 6 a.m. when a window to the business was forced open.

“Once inside, the suspects caused damage to a vending machine and a number of toolboxes before leaving with a small safe,” reads a media release from police.
