Two people reportedly rushed to hospital following explosion in Zephyr

Two people have reportedly been rushed to hospital following an explosion at a home in Zephyr Tuesday (Oct. 8) night.

While no details have formally been released, a number of residents have posted about the incident on social media.

According to those posts, emergency personnel rushed to the home – located on Regional Road 39 (Concession 3), south of the four corners – around 7:30 p.m.

Residents have also reported that an air ambulance landed at Uxbridge Cottage Hospital shortly after.
