A 45-year-old man has been charged with uttering threats after police were called to a home on Victoria Road in response to a dog bite complaint.
According to the OPP, the incident was initiated after an unknown dog charged at the complainant, whom was walking a dog on the sidewalk, on two separate occasions.
“No serious injuries were incurred. When the complainant attempted to speak with the dog owner, a verbal altercation ensued,” police said.
The investigation led to the dog owner, Ernest Stuckey, being charged with uttering threats.
He’s scheduled to appear in Lindsay court on Nov. 7.
