A 60-year-old man has been charged after allegedly committing an indecent act in a Lindsay park.

According to police, a family attended a soccer field in Lindsay around 12:45 p.m. on Saturday (July 20) and observed a man standing amongst a group of trees beside the park, performing an indecent act.

“The attending officer located the man and arrested him,” reads a media release from police.

Daniel Robert Bean of Lindsay has been charged with indecent exhibition and mischief to property.

He is scheduled to appear in Lindsay court on Aug. 29.
