Two men have been charged after allegedly being caught spraypainting the side of the Lindsay Street bridge.
According to police, a concerned citizen phoned in to report the incident around 10:45 p.m. on Wednesday (July 3).
“Officers arrived at the bridge and found two men with spray paint cans in their hands, and fresh spray paint on the lower east side of the bridge,” reads a media release from police.
Cameron Branton, 23, and Dallas Boucher, 25, have each been charged with mischief under $5,000.
Both men are slated to appear in Lindsay court on Aug. 8.
“This incident demonstrates the success of the public and the police service working together to combat crime in our community,” reads a media release from police.
