Residents of Brock are invited to participate in two upcoming walks in support of the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides.

The Purina Walk for Dog Guides runs in Beaverton on Sunday (May 26) at the Beaverton Fairgrounds. Registration starts at 11 a.m. with the fundraiser, organized by the Beaverton Lions and Lioness clubs, starting half an hour later.

On June 3, Cannington Lions Club is hosting a Walk for Dog Guides starting at Dench Animal Shelter in MacLeod Park. Registration starts at 9:30 a.m. with the event getting underway at 10 a.m.

Donations to both events can be made online for those wishing to support fundraising efforts but are unable to attend.
