Update – The child was located safe around 6:45 p.m.

An Amber Alert has been issued by Peel Police for a five-year-old boy last seen Thursday afternoon (April 25).

Police are asking for the public’s help locating Ethan Montes. He is described as three feet tall, weighing 41 pounds, with brown eyes, short black hair and light brown skin. Police say he was last seen wearing Batman pajamas.

Montes is believed to be with his mother Juliet Mohammed, 47. She is described as 130 pounds, five feet tall, wearing a blue shirt, black leggings, black boots with fur and a brown coat.

Police believe she is driving a grey 2003 Toyota Matrix with a license plate of 379 WTM.
