Teen assaulted during violent home invasion in Uxbridge

Police are investigating after a teenager was reportedly attacked while in their bedroom early Sunday (Dec. 9) morning.

According to police, at approximately 2 a.m. Sunday, a group of five youths entered a home in the area of Reach Street and Testa Road in Uxbridge.

The suspects allegedly entered a bedroom and, using an expandable baton and metal pipe, attacked a teenage victim.

An adult in the home reportedly heard the suspects and attempted to push them out of the residence.

Police say a brief scuffle occurred before the suspects fled the scene.

The suspects are described as males between the ages of 17 and 20 years old.

One of the teens reportedly received minor injuries. This is not believed to be a random incident.
