The Brock Voice is expanding to offer full-time coverage of the township

Eighteen months ago, we decided to launch The Brock Voice as a hobby – a creative outlet of sorts and a means to stay connected to a community we had come to love.

Over time, the site has grown and evolved to the point that we’ve been steadily producing the most local news content in the township. None of it would have been possible without the community – all of the businesses that have supported us through advertising and all of the residents that have visited our website and shared our posts on social media.

We’re proud to serve as your go-to source for local news and excited to announce that The Brock Voice is expanding to offer full-time coverage.

A familiar face to countless residents across the township, award-winning journalist Scott Howard has returned to offer coverage of council, community events and breaking news as it happens. Long-time journalist and communications professional Jamie Steel will also continue working with the Voice in a supporting role.

As corporate media has scaled back its coverage, even closing its local office, we’re proud to invest in Brock Township and will soon be opening an office in downtown Cannington.

We know Brock Township residents are passionate about their community. We share that same passion.

We’re looking forward to forging new partnerships in the coming months that will help the community grow and prosper.
