Upwards of 20 Brock Township firefighters were called to extinguish a motorhome that caught fire Sunday (Nov. 18) night.
According to Fire Chief Rick Harrison, the vehicle – a 1991 Citation model that was parked at a property on Thorah Concession 1 – caught fire around 10 p.m.
Three tankers, two pumpers and two rescue vehicles responded to the call.
Chief Harrison said firefighters did a “great job” extinguishing the blaze, which was spewing thick smoke.
The fire was likely caused by an electrical issue in the vehicle, which was a complete loss, Chief Harrison noted.
