A new resource has sprouted up for aspiring gardeners and veteran green thumbs alike.
The Nourish and Develop Foundation, in partnership with the Brock Township Public Library, have launched a seed library to provide easier access to viable seeds that will also people to grow their own produce.
“Teaching self-reliance skills, educating, and saving seed cultures. Help grow our seed library project by considering to make a contribution this fall of your seed collections after harvest,” reads a notice from the group.
“To learn more about our seed libraries or how to participate drop by any of the three library locations (Cannington, Beaverton, Sunderland) or stop by the Nourish Hub.”
