A public meeting will be held early next month on a proposed 103-unit subdivision in Beaverton.
While formal notice of the meeting has not been released by Brock Township, details of the proposal are contained on a sign erected on the property earmarked for the development near Nine Mile Road and Maplewood Avenue.
“It’s the same builders that did the newer homes on Maplewood and Elmwood,” said Mayor John Grant in a social media post.
“This land has been on the books for many years for residential development and the owner wishes to now take steps to move forward on the potential of another 103 houses.”
The meeting will be held Monday, March 5 at the Beaverton-Thorah Community Centre.
