James Barker Band nominated for pair of Juno Awards
The James Barker Band is in the running for two Juno Awards.
They collected nominations for Breakthrough Group of the Year and Country Album of the Year on Tuesday (Feb. 6), which they referred to as “surreal” in a social media post.
The group – which consists of James Barker, Taylor Abram, Connor Stephen and Bobby Martin – are about to wrap up a cross-Canada tour with Meghan Patrick and Jojo Mason before a slate of upcoming shows in the U.S. with chase Rice later this month.
Juno winners will be announced during an event in Vancouver on March 25.
