Police as asking for the public’s help as they continue investigating the fire that killed John Livingstone of Fenelon Falls.

Anyone with copies of videos or photographs of the Dec. 9 fire is asked to provide the material to the OPP. They can contact Detective Constable Isaac Austin of the City of Kawartha Lakes Crime Unit at (705) 324-6741.

The OPP announced Tuesday (Dec. 12) afternoon that 45-year-old Gregory Livingstone has been charged with first-degree murder and arson – disregard for human life.

He’s being held in custody and will appear in Lindsay court on Thursday (Dec. 14).
