
A federal offender being sought by the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is known to frequent the Lindsay and Peterborough areas, according to police.
Karl Battle, 24, is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for allegedly breaching his parole.
Police describe Battle as a Caucasian male, standing about five feet, three inches tall, and weighing approximately 169 pounds. They say he has brown hair and hazel eyes. Furthermore, police note he has tattoos on his left upper arm of a banner with designs and a heart, as well as scars on his right wrist and his right forearm.
Battle is serving a three-year and seven-month sentence for Assault Cause Bodily Harm, Break and Enter, Theft Under and Theft of Motor Vehicle.
“The offender is known to frequent the St Catherines, Hamilton, Toronto, Whitby, Lindsay and Peterborough areas,” reads a release from the OPP.
